  • STAFFING TREE TECHNOLOGY LLC, based in Michigan, US was established in 2002 as an IT Staffing Augmentation Services Firm - who provide consultants for Contract, Contract to Hire, and Permanent Services.
  • In the last six years STAFFING TREE has matured rapidly from a single office, single client to multiple offices and multiple clients despite the tough and challenging economic environment. This has happened through the combined efforts of all the team members and a shared vision in continuously setting new standards by providing exceptional service to its clients.
  • In 2008 STAFFING TREE expanded its presence in South Asia and the Far East by establishing offices and satellite hubs in India and Singapore to further extend its services to its existing clients in the areas of:
    • Onsite Staffing Augmentation.
    • Resource Process Outsourcing.
    • Offshore/Remote Project Development in India.
    • Web based Technical Training in Open Source Technologies and ERP.
    • Web based Technical Skill Testing.
  • STAFFING TREE strongly believes in establishing support centers local to the customer's place. This has enhanced our ability to partner with our clients and have a greater participation in their project management also multiplying our ability to identify local talent and engage them in rewarding consulting careers.
  • Currently, STAFFING TREE has over 100 consultants working in IT projects in premier organizations across the USA and India. Some of them are: Wells Fargo Financial, National City Corporation, Foremost Insurance, EDS, AIG, VERIZON, UPS, LCEC, BCBS, UHG, Deloitte, CitiCorp, JP Morgan Chase, Target, Best Buy, Capital One, Coca Cola, FedEx, IBM, Great West Casualty, Hewlett Packard, Nationwide Insurance and Texas Instruments.
 

OUR SUCCESS STORIES SINCE 2002

In 2002, the market was going through a recession just as it going through one now. What we did differently which helped us to establish a foothold in the then extremely challenging IT Professional services market was the ability to provide well qualified resources at incredible value which helped many of our clients to finish their projects and give us repeat orders. Some of the assignments which we completed successfully were as follows:

  1. Vision IT (2002) : Back in 2002, Vision IT was looking for a qualified Cold Fusion Candidate to revamp their website and Staffing Tree provided a candidate Saurabh Srivastava for a 3 months mission critical assignment. This helped Vision IT to present additional features and show case their capabilities.
  2. Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield (2003) : Staffing Tree had a direct agreement with BCBS in Arkansas and we provided a mainframe tester for their testing needs. The project manager was extremely satisfied with our employee. Subsequently our employee continued working with BCBS.
  3. IBM through Synova (2003/2004) : IBM required Personnel in PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials and Install Shield developers. The time crunch was immense. The orders poured in on a Friday evening. Staffing Tree decided to work through the weekend without a break and successfully placed 10 IT professionals in a short duration at Baltimore,MD and Atlanta GA. IBM was executing projects for CEG and Home Depot. All of the candidates finished their projects without any issues. Repeat orders from Synova followed.
  4. Computer Science Corporation (2005) : In 2005, Computer Science Corporation was in an urgent need of a large number of Java and QA professionals for its AOL project in Reston VA. Genesys was the prime contractor to Computer Science Corporation. They were in turn executing the project for AOL which was desperate to revamp its position in the market by reengineering its legacy systems. Staffing Tree, in a matter of 2 months provided 10 candidates in QA and Java and all of them successfully completed their project within 1 year.
  5. EDS (2005/2006) – EDS was in a growth curve and required different categories of software professionals. Staffing Tree long recognized the need for such professionals and had a pipeline ready when the orders poured in. Staffing Tree successfully placed more than 10 IT professionals at EDS at its various sites through Key People. The skills were as varied as Java, QA, .NET., Project Manager, People Soft Financial Tester, Business Analyst, Interwoven specialist, Weblogic Developer.
  6. HCL Technologies (2005) HCL Technologies was doing a pilot project for Cadbury and because of tight budget constraint, HCL was having a tough time to find candidates for a short term project who were willing to visit Mexico and Canada.These candidates needed to evaluate the existing facilities and try to confirm and make an inventory of its IT facilities. Despite the challenges involved in finding such Personnel, Staffing Tree provided three consultants for the project. In addition we got an order to supply manpower for AIG and we provided Autosys Schedulers and they successfully worked for more than 3 years.
  7. Lee County Electric Co-operative (2005) – We were selected as a preferred supplier for LCEC’s IT requirements. Over the three years we have provided expertise in Crystal Reports and Oracle DBA for maintenance and enhancements in their online billing system. The work consisted of maintaining database, disaster recovery, data replication, upgradation and migration besides reports creation and enhancement of online features in billing. Work also consisted of providing support 24*7. We have successfully worked with their IT manager to satisfy their requirements. Our cost of service was much lower than nationwide vendors and therefore we were retained by them for providing IT consultants.
