CONSULTANT SELF-PLACEMENT PROGRAM
Effective Dates: December 1, 2008
The Consultant Self-Placement Program will pay a cash reward to STAFFING TREE consultants identifying their next assignment with STAFFING TREE.
Staffing Tree Cash
- $500 may be paid to the consultant who places himself or herself on a STAFFING TREE assignment for a minimum of 90 days.
- Renewals or extensions of existing assignments are NOT eligible.
- This program will not be paid in conjunction with the Business Referral Program. If a consultant refers an opportunity to STAFFING TREE and he or she ends up being placed on the assignment, he or she will only be eligible for either a Self-Placement or Business Referral Reward, not both.
The Rules:
- To be eligible to receive a self referral reward, the consultant must complete and submit the Consultant Self-Placement Form. Contact hr-referral@staffing-tree.com STAFFING TREE.
- The consultant cannot leave his or her current position before its end date to begin the new self-referred assignment unless the consultant receives the approval of both the client manager and STAFFING TREE Branch Director.
- The reward is not earned by and therefore will not be paid to the consultant until after he/she has been on assignment 90 calendar days from the start date. The reward will not be pro-rated.
- All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
Who is eligible to participate?
- Employed STAFFING TREE consultants.
- Independent contractors.
Who is NOT eligible?
- Subcontractors.
- STAFFING TREE staff employees.
