Business Referrals

Whether you are our employee or not, it does not matter.  You will be eligible  to participate in the enhanced bonus Business Referral Rewards Program, especially crafted  to  reward increasing participation in exploring new business for us.

Again, it does not matter who refers, your colleague, your mentor, boss or someone you know at the clients’ site, to us it is YOU that matters. For every placement that happens through your efforts, you will be rewarded an Eye popping amount that will sweeten your pay check.

Just like a lotto winner, you can choose to take a lumpsum payment or choose to get rewarded for as long as the person works in the company subject to terms and conditions.

For every new client or a new placement, you could earn upto a $500 subject to a minimum of 3 months of a consultant being on the project and $1000 subject to minimum 6 months on the job or $1 per hour for every hour the consultant works but subject to a minimum of three months on the job. If you refer yourself for a new job, that will be counted as well as being qualified!!!

Staffing Tree BUSINESS REFERRAL CONTEST RULES

1. Contest is subject to all Consultant Business Referral rules, guidelines, and eligibility criteria as set forth in the STAFFING TREE Business Referral Program.
2. Contest is open to all, employees or non employees, sub vendors.
3. To be eligible to participate in the Consultant Business Referral contest, the referrer must complete and submit the online Business Referral Form .
4. Contest winners will be announced on January 31, 2010 and posted on our website.
5. Contest participants are eligible to win 1 prize only and top it off-prize as well along with the regular business referral rewards scheme.
6. Each referral must qualify as "new" business under the guidelines set forth in the STAFFING TREE  Business Referral Program.

   1. The referring opportunity must be a new business relationship which STAFFING TREE is not aware of and one in which none in our  Talent Acquisition team has received such a job order.
   2. Referral can be from any client, existing or new, any department, any building as long as such a job order has not reached our Talent Acquisition team.
   3. All referrals must be submitted with complete details - the hiring manager name, contact information, requested skill set, number of resources needed and start date. Incomplete submissions will not qualify for the reward.
   4. Staffing Tree management has the final approval authority as to the validity of each referral submitted.
   5. The talent acquisition team has the right to decline referrals if it is determined not to be in the interest of the company and therefore shall not be counted towards new business referrals.
   6. Branch management retains the right to approve or decline all referrals.
   7. All referral and referral contest payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
   8. Referral contest prizes will be handed over to the individual who was employed in our company but is no longer a part of the company during the period shall be eligible for the reward only if he/she has left our company in good standing. The management shall be sole deciding authority on this matter.
