Contest Rules
STAFFING TREE BUSINESS REFERRAL CONTEST RULES
  1. Contest is subject to all Consultant Business Referral rules, guidelines, and eligibility criteria as set forth in the Staffing Tree Consultant Business Referral Program.
  2. Current employed Full-time Staffing Tree W-2 consultants, Independent contractors and prior Staffing Tree consultants (alum) are eligible to participate in the contest. Staffing Tree staff employees, relatives of Staffing Tree employees, client personnel at any level, and subcontractors may not participate in the contest.
  3. To be eligible to participate in the Consultant Business Referral contest, the referrer must complete and submit the online Business Referral Form on Inside.Staffing Tree prior to the placement of a consultant on the assignment.
  4. The Consultant Business Referral contest begins on August 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009. Referrals submitted after December 31, 2009 will not be considered for the contest but will continue to be paid under the normal referral bonus guidelines.
  5. Contest winners will be announced on January 31, 2010 and posted on Inside.Staffing Tree.
  6. Contest participants are eligible to win 1 prize only. One person cannot win in more than one category.
  7. Each referral must qualify as "new" business under the guidelines set forth in the Staffing Tree Consultant Business and Permanent Placement Referral Program.
    1. The referring opportunity must be a new business relationship (undiscovered) that does not exist in the Staffing Tree database at the time of the submission and one in which an Account Manager would not have received a job order.
    2. Referral must be from a new client, hiring manager, department or specific job order.
    3. If the referral is for a former Staffing Tree client, there must be no Staffing Tree activity in the previous six months.
    4. Referrals may be from departments in current clients not being currently served by Staffing Tree.
    5. Current Clients: Referrals to hiring managers in current clients may qualify for the contest if:
      1. The client is either a vendor managed account or where Staffing Tree does not have a direct relationship with the hiring manager and the referrer submits the referral a minimum of 24 hours prior to Staffing Tree receiving the job order.
      2. All referrals must include the hiring manager name, contact information, requested skill set, number of resources needed and start date.
      3. Staffing Tree branch leaders have final approval authority as to the validity of each referral submitted.
  8. Consultants have 30 days after the initial submittal to continue submitting referrals under the same new business opportunity. After 30 days has lapsed, no new referrals will be considered since it no longer qualifies as new business.
  9. Branch management retains the right to approve or decline all referrals.
  10. All referral and referral contest payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
  11. Referral contest prizes are portable if the consultant leaves Staffing Tree in good standing as determined by their local branch leader.
