STAFFING TREE offers a pay package that
compares with the best in the Industry. Our philosophy
has been to reward the consultants who are out there on
site fulfilling our vision of being a premier IT
consulting firm. We leave no stone unturned by
making our packages tailored for each individual. We
offer W2 or 1099 if you would prefer to be an
independent contractor. We offer salary on a per hour
basis with or without benefits and salary per annum with
some benefits or all benefits or no benefits. We have
modularized our compensation package so that you may
choose and pick whatever you prefer.

Deposit on every 15th and 31st or 30th of the month for the
periods (1st-15th) and (16th-31st)
respectively.

We will
cover Term Life Insurance for 100,000 under Prudential Term Life Insurance policies. Higher coverage can be obtained by paying
additional premium.

- 2 weeks paid vacation after completion of 1
year of service
- Vacation period can be adjusted against any
personal or sick leave on a prorate basis.
- Relocation assistance for any project up to
$1500 (reimbursed against bill) every time you
relocate. The relocation assistance will incude 2
weeks rental car, 2 weeks hotel and Flight ticket
from home place to client site.
- H1/Greencard assistance if required.
- Travel from country of origin to United
States.
- We offer guest house facility for those in between
projects. This will be on first come first served
basis and will not be charged.
- We offer 24*7 lab facility at our training center.
- We offer free training programs for our employees
subject to terms and conditions.
